Login Page |
Welcome to MedInfoSys® Software as a Service (SaaS)!
You will need the following before you can access the system: - An active Login Name - A current Password (Where Multi Factor Authentication is enabled, you will also need a verification code - see Section 1.2.4 of the manual for more details.) Login Names and Passwords are issued by the system administrator(s) and should be entered on this page. If it is the first time you have used the system, or you have forgotten your password (and then been issued a new one by a system administrator), or your password has expired, you will be prompted to choose a new password (the rules for passwords are described in Section 1.2.2 of the manual). If there is a problem with accessing the system, please contact the system administrator(s) - it is an option in the set-up of the system to disable access after a configurable number of failed login attempts, so if you find you cannot get into the system with what you know to be a correct username and password, this is probably what has happened and, again, contact the system administrator(s). Your login details are associated with your user role(s) and affect what you can see and do in the system – this is most obviously reflected in what you can see in the left menu when you log in. The left menu contains links to the system screens you are permitted to see, and all system screens also have a “Help” link in the top right, which displays Help text specific to that screen. Lastly, at all times that you are logged in, you will see a message saying “You are:” in the top right of the screen (which is where you can check your user details and, if you wish, change your password at any time). |
